We use high quality natural whole food ingredients most of which are organic. Cakes are cashew based so not suitable for nut allergies.

NOTE: The cakes are grain free and are made with gluten free ingredients however the commercial kitchen is not gluten free. We take as much care and precaution as possible with sanitizing so that there is no contact with gluten but cannot guarantee that they are 100% gluten free. Cakes are soy free.
